In accordance with Law 29/2021, of 28 October, on the protection of personal data (LQPD), the purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform all Users who are subject to it of the possible processing of their personal data.
When users visit the website https://www.quantifiedmodels.com (hereinafter “Website”), SOLUCIONS DE SOFTWARE QUANTITATIVES, S.L (hereinafter “SSQ, S.L”) corporate profiles on social networks, or make an online or in-store purchase, we will process their personal data.
This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand what data is collected and what is done with it.
For the purposes of this Policy, “User” shall mean any category of data subjects included in this document.

3.- PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
SSQ, S.L collects personal data in the following ways:
- Personal data that the User provides us with: when filling in a form, when contracting our services or when sending his/her data to apply for a job offer.
- Personal information that you do not provide directly to us: SSQ, S.L is part of a group of companies and it is possible that other companies within the group may share personal data about Users with each other, where this is necessary as part of the business relationship with the User or with the User’s express consent.
- Through Cookies and similar technologies: when you visit the Website, SSQ, S.L uses various technologies to collect and store information and this may include the use of cookies or similar technologies to identify the User’s browser or device. SSQ, S.L also uses these technologies to collect and store information about the User’s browsing habits. The User can obtain more information about SSQ, S.L’s treatment of their personal data obtained through cookies in the Cookies Policy.
These personal data can be broadly grouped into the following categories:

Likewise, we process personal data of different categories of interested parties which, considered as Users as a whole, including but not limited to the following:
- Customers: personal data of natural persons who contract SSQ, S.L’s services or of natural persons who, acting as legal representatives or interlocutors of legal persons, are clients of SSQ, S.L.
- Website and social media users: personal data of Users who contact SSQ, S.L through our Website, or who access any of our corporate social media profiles as a follower or as an independent user.
- Event or webinar participants: personal data of Users who participate in SSQ, S.L business initiatives, such as events or webinars.
- Suppliers or partners: personal data of natural persons who, acting as legal representatives or interlocutors of companies or as professionals, are suppliers or partners of SSQ, S.L.
- Job applicants: personal data of individuals who register for job applications offered by SSQ, S.L directly through our Website and/or in collaboration with third parties, including platforms that manage job offers or job applications.
4.- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS AND STORAGE PERIOD OF THE PERSONAL DATA
We inform the User that their personal data will be processed for the following purposes and legitimate bases and during the conservation period detailed below:

In other cases, we will process personal data based on SSQ, S.L’s legitimate interest in responding to Users’ enquiries and requests for information. |

5.- DATA RECIPIENTS
SSQ, S.L may share or give access to the User’s personal data with:
- Service providers who process data on SSQ, S.L’s behalf and on SSQ, S.L’s instructions, with whom SSQ, S.L has entered into a corresponding processing contract.
- Third parties, where this is necessary for the performance of the contractual or commercial relationship with the User or with the User’s consent, as well as where required by law:
- Other SSQ, S.L companies, when necessary for the provision of services to the User or when the User has expressly consented to the transfer of their data;
- Financial or banking institutions, for the management of commercial transactions;
- Public administrations and law enforcement agencies, if required by law or in the context of a legal or judicial claim.
6.- INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
It is possible that the User’s personal data may be transferred outside Andorra, but in any case, SSQ, S.L will ensure compliance with the requirements of the LPQD to guarantee the security and legitimacy of the processing of the data by the recipient, either because it is located in a territory with data protection legislation equivalent to that of Andorra, or because the recipient is subject to the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, among other mechanisms regulated by the applicable regulations.
7.- USER RIGHTS
The User may exercise the following rights in relation to his/her personal data before SSQ, S.L: access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and data portability, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decisions with legal effects for the User.
Likewise, with respect to data processing based on the User’s consent, the User also has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

8.- CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the processing of personal data.
